Op. Dr. Ali Gökçen AKDAL was born in 1958 in Ortaklar, Aydın. He completed his high school education at Karşıyaka Boys' High School and then pursued medical studies at Ege University Faculty of Medicine, graduating in 1981 with a medical degree. He specialized in plastic surgery at Ankara Numune Hospital's 1st Plastic Surgery Clinic and became a Specialist in Aesthetic, Plastic, and Reconstructive Surgery in 1991.

From 1991 to 2007, Dr. Ali Gökçen AKDAL worked at Alsancak State Hospital while also maintaining a part-time private practice. In 2007, he earned his Dermatology Specialist degree and has since been continuing his professional career at Alsancak Beauty Center, which he co-founded with Dr. Sevda Orhon.
